Why does this:

http://geocoder.ca/?locate=50+E+King+Edward%2C+vancouver&geoit=GeoCod...

Produce different results for the same address here:

http://maps.google.com/maps/geo?output=xml&q=50+E+King+Edward%2C+vanc...

Theirs is correct. the xml is not. Please help.

Help with what?  If you know the correct location, use that.  Don't re-
geocode it.
